The 5th Siriraj-Varian IGABT School
April 25–26, 2025 | Siriraj Hospital
We are proud to have successfully organized the 5th Siriraj-Varian IGABT School, a specialized training program held on April 25–26, 2025, at Siriraj Hospital. This two-day course brought together a diverse group of professionals from multiple disciplines—physicians, nurses, medical physicists, and radiologic technologists—who share a common goal of advancing cancer care through state-of-the-art technology and collaborative learning.
Participants came from several leading institutions across the country, including Maharaj Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital, Chonburi Cancer Hospital, and Kasemrad Ari Radiotherapy Center. Their commitment to continuous professional development and multidisciplinary teamwork was truly inspiring.
The course focused on image-guided adaptive brachytherapy (IGABT)—a highly precise form of radiation therapy used in cancer treatment. Through expert lectures, hands-on workshops, and interactive case discussions, attendees gained in-depth knowledge of 3D image-guided techniques, treatment planning, and the application of international standards in brachytherapy practice.
This educational initiative reflects our ongoing mission to promote excellence in cancer treatment, enhance patient outcomes, and foster a strong network of oncology professionals across Thailand.
A heartfelt thank you to all participants, instructors, and partners who made this event a success. Together, we are shaping the future of radiation oncology.
